Hyderabad: Recently, the Telangana State Child Rights Protection Commission (TSCPCR) has issued an inquiry order in a case. It is being told that this case is about the beating of a minor boy. In this case, he was forced to beat and work. After the news related to this case, the TSCPCR has ordered an inquiry on last Friday. It is being told that by the coming 20 August, they have also asked to submit the action report of the investigation. In a recently released press release, it has come to light that the alleged incident had reached the Commission on 12 August through news reports published in two Telugu dailies.

After that, the Commission itself took cognizance of this matter and after that they asked to investigate into the matter. The 15-year-old boy was allegedly attacked by one of his contractor relatives. He had hired him to work in his stone-breaking factory in Nizamabad district. The contractor used to beat the child for not working regularly on the day. In this case, the Telangana State Human Rights Commission (TSHRC) has given the District Magistrate till 24 September in this matter on Thursday.

He said that the report should be received by this day. The Commission has taken full cognizance of the news. In which it was said, 'the contractor allegedly tied the boy's feet and hands and beat him badly in front of everyone'. Apart from this, it has also been said in the report that 'the contractor neither heard the complaint of the boy nor the elders of the village'. According to the news, finally, the village sarpanch and deputy sarpanch rescued the boy. The minor's parents are ill.
