Haleem is most popular at the of Ramzan season! Much loved for its richness and flavours, the Hyderabadi Haleem was first introduced to the city’s food culture by the Nizams. It is a unique rendition of the classic Arabic stew made by mixing meat with pounded wheat and lentils, improved by used of local traditional spices. 

Mirchi Bhajji is a snack for those who enjoy eating hot and spicy green chillies. This delivers a sudden crunch of tangled flavours all at same time. Mirchi Bhajji is the ultimate street food, it taste best with a cup of hot tea on a rainy evenings.

Double ka Meetha, this dish is full of true Hyderabadi richness. The dessert is made from deep frying bread slices and then soaking them in hot milk infused with cardamom and saffron, topped with chopped dry fruits and raisins, it’s a parallel the Mughlai dessert Shahi Tukda. 

Khubani ka Meetha, is a popular Hyderabadi dessert that mostly you will see served at weddings and other traditional functions. It is then garnished with a dollop of fresh cream and served with a smooth sprinkling of apricot kernels and blanched almonds on top. 

Pesarattu, name literally makes you think what is made of? It is a combination of dosa or crepe and moong dal, in Telugu. This crunch and nutritious dosa is very popular breakfast recipe in all of Andhra Pradesh and is usually served with tangy ginger chutney.
