To facilitate bus passengers and to address traffic chaos at LB Nagar, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is constructing a satellite wayside bus terminal for intercity and inter-state buses near Harini Vanasthali Park.

30,000 bus passengers are going to Nalgonda, Khammam, Vijayawada and other places every day in the region. Traffic increases due to festive seasons. On festival occasions like Dasara and Sankranti, TSRTC runs special buses from here to reduce traffic congestion at MGBS, avoid traffic problems on city roads and diversify bus operations.

In this regard, the Principal Secretary of Municipal Administration and Urban Development tweeted, "HMDA will take a satellite wayside bus terminal at Vanasthalipuram at A.P.A. for interbase and interstate buses, especially for Vijayawada at LB Nagar at A.P.A., with six bus bays and at every bus bay, at the bus base, at the atm, pharmacy, water ATM, inquiry, cafeteria, blocks, ac seating. , food courts and stalls to arrange adequate parking. More importantly, the HMDA is setting up solar panels to use environmentally friendly energy to maintain facilities, without using energy from the grid.
