Hyderabad: Good news for hyderabad residents, double decker buses will run again. These buses are attractive to Hyderabad. People enjoyed travelling in them. Once again people will be able to enjoy travel in these buses. In the next two months, double-decker buses will start running again on the city streets.

Initially, the RTC decided to run 25 buses on a pilot basis. Tenders have also been invited for this. The pre-bid meeting for the construction of buses will be held on 18th of this month.

Buses run on trial basis on these routes.
Route No. 229 (via Secunderabad - Suchitra Nagapattinam),
Route No. 219 (Patancheru via Secunderabad-Balnagar Cross Road),
Route No. 218 (by Monkey - Patan Cheru Amirpet),
Route No. 9 X (Ameerpet via CBS - GDmt),
Route No. 118 (Afzalganj - Mehdipatnam) has been selected. Plans are also being made to run the bus on the new cable bridge above the unable to enter the pond.
