According to a report that emerged, on Saturday, the doctor of the Hyderabad-based hospital informed that a 15-year-old teenager from Hyderabad was admitted to Century Hospital after complaining of severe cough and throat pain, which was inspired by the style of Rocky Bhai, who played the lead character of the film after watching KGF Chapter 2, and smoked about a packet of cigarettes a day. In another report that has surfaced, it has come to light that Dr. Rohit Reddy Pathuri, who is treating the teenager, said, "This teenager was influenced by characters like Rocky Bhai and he started smoking like them, which made him seriously ill.''
The doctor further said, "Films are an important part of our society, it is the moral responsibility of the producers and actors not to glamorize the characters who smoke or drink alcohol at all. People follow a character like Rocky Bhai like crazy and youngsters are very impressed to see all this on-screen. The story of this film, made under the banner of Hombale Films, is based on maintaining its supremacy over the Koller Gold Field in the 60s-70s.
