This year Hyundai Venue can be counted in the big launch in India. This is the company's first subcompact SUV in India, with a 1.0-liter turbo GDI petrol engine for the first time with Hyundai's BlueLink Connected Features suite. The Hyundai Venue has an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 6,50,000, which goes up to Rs 10,84,000 on the top-end variants. Venue has been well received by Indian customers. Talking about the sales of the previous month, 9,342 units of Hyundai Venue have been sold in August 2019. Let us know that in India, it is directly competing with vehicles like Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon and Honda WR-V.

Whereas, Tata Nexon has sold 2,275 units in August 2019 and 1,178 units of Honda WR-V. That is, Hyundai Venue has the highest sales of all these vehicles in August 2019.

The four variants of Hyundai Venue, then the company has installed 1.2-liter Kappa Dual VTVT in it, apart from this, the 1,197cc engine generates 83 PS power and 11.7 Nm torque. Its engine is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission. At the same time, the 998cc engine in the 1.0-liter Turbo Kappa 6-Speed Manual and 1.0-liter Turbo Kappa Dual VTVT generates 120 PS of power and 17.5 Nm of torque. These include the 6MT in the first and the 7-speed DCT transmission in the second. Whereas, the 1,396cc engine mounted in the 1.4-liter U2 CRDi 6-Speed Manual generates 90 PS of power and 22.4 Nm of peak torque. Its engine is equipped with 6MT. Hyundai Venue has a length of 3995 millimeters, width 1,770 millimeters and height 1605 millimeters. Its wheelbase is 2,500 millimeters.
