Mathura: The Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Idgah dispute case is currently in the court and the next hearing on this is scheduled to be held on July 1. Meanwhile a man named Manish Yadav has described himself as a "direct descendant" of Lord Krishna. Along with this, an application has been made in the court for status quo at the site of Krishna Janmabhoomi. Manish Yadav has demanded from the court that a three-member court commissioner's panel should be formed for the survey of Idgah. In the application, a demand has also been made to open the closed rooms in Idgah, clean the area and make adequate arrangements for police security during the survey.

Let us inform that in the hearing on Thursday, the Hindu side submitted documents related to 13.37 acres of land in the court and demanded to hear the matter at the earliest. On the other hand, the Muslim side asked for a copy of the documents submitted in the court. The court has ordered to give a copy to the Hindu side. In this case, the 1968 agreement has been challenged, under which the land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi was allegedly given to Idgah. The Hindu side has said in its petition that the negotiating trust did not have the right to compromise, therefore, calling the agreement illegal, a demand has been made to vacate the Idgah.

At the same time, a review petition has also been filed in the district judge's court on Thursday against the delay in taking the decision by the civil court. The court has fixed July 1 for hearing on several petitions. Before that, this new petition has been filed in the court of the District Judge. No date has been set for this as of now.
