Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday’s upcoming film Studeny of the Year 2 is one of the much anticpated film of the year. The star cast is currently busy in promoting the film on various platforms. She is all set to make her Bollywood debut this year with Student of the Year 2. In an interview with Elle magazine, Ananya  was asked her who are her favourite Bollywood stars.

Ananya revealed that she is in love with Varun Dhawan and he knows it. Ananya said, "Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan. I am obsessed with both of them. Even Varun Dhawan! His energy…and he is so cute. He knows I am in love with him and it’s a bit awkward."

The film is directed by Punit Malhotra. Produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions, the film will be distributed by Fox Star Studios. The film stars Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday, and is the film debut of both actresses. It is set to release on 10 May 2019.

Coming to Student of the Year 2, it is a sequel to Karan Johar's 2012 super hit Student of the Year. The first film starred Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in the lead roles.

Today, a new song from the film called The Hook Up was dropped by the makers. The song features Alia Bhatt and Tiger Shroff together for the first time.

SOTY 2 will hit the screens on May 10, 2019.
