This happens in a parliamentary democracy. But you get angry.' On this, the Chairman said - 'I do not get angry Kharge ji, because I have advocated for 40 years. The lawyer has no right to get angry.' On this, Mallikarjun Kharge said- 'You look good only when you laugh.' Then the Chairman said '...and you guys look good sitting on your seats.'

Kharge said- 'It is not our intention to tell you anything or not to listen to you. The government is adamant. We just want that there should be a discussion on what happened on the China border and the leader of the House should apologize for the insult that happened to Bihar. But we are told the rules.' On this, he said- 'On one side there is a rule, on the other side such incidents happen. In such a situation, you have to see how the house is run. There is no rule book only, some things are not written, and some are conventions. We are talking on the basis of them and you get angry.' on this Dhankhar said- 'I don't get angry, I am upset, frustrated, shocked.' People from all over the country tell me that you explained 267. Whenever a notice comes under 267, then you can assume that full attention will be given to it. When the House was not in order, the Chairman asked both the Leader of the House and the Leader of the Opposition to meet him in his chamber at 1 pm. But the Leader of the Opposition said that this is not a matter to be conducted in the room.
