"Gul Khan ma'am has a very special place in my life," he continues. She is my role model. She was the one who gave me a platform to establish myself in the entertainment industry because she had faith in me.

In the television series Muskurane Ki Vajah Tum Ho, Kunal, who is currently playing the lead role, describes himself as a learner. I'm a learner, he declares. Anybody on the set, whether it be the director, producer, or my fellow actors, I always enjoy learning from. Working with various professionals in this field has taught me a lot about my craft. I'm grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to collaborate with so many decent people in this field. I'm also appreciative of some incredible senior actors who mentored me and assisted me in giving my best performance. I'm not afraid to pick up new skills or learn something new from anyone. I believe that everyone can teach us something at some point.

Speaking about his journey in a previous interview, Kunal had stated, "Everyone's journey is unique, and each one wants to grow. One can always strive to accomplish more and improve their abilities in whatever they do. But the day I begin to believe I have received my due is the day I will stop pushing myself to grow.
