Saif Ali Khan had flown down to Mumbai for a day taking out time from his family vacation, to be present at the premiere of his web-series, Sacred Games. He flew back to London, after the premier. He asserted, at the premier event "I prefer it this way — I would like to be in Mumbai when I am working, otherwise, I'm happy to be on a holiday." 
 
Saif Ali Khan also shared that he is never tired of promotions, but it has to be his work which has to be talked about, and not his wife Kareena and son Taimur. The actor said, "I end up being asked more about Bebo and Taimur. I have no energy for such questions. I know a lot is written about Taimur. I too enjoy it sometimes, but I do not like making gods out of children." 
 
The actor also shared his reason for having done the show. He asserted, "I watch a lot of Netflix shows. It's premium stuff with great production values, and its reach is phenomenal. With more and more people having access to the Internet, one can well imagine how many people can watch shows on the digital platform. This could be the biggest thing ever, this could be just the beginning. I don't mind doing a web show every year. I did Sacred Games because it was interesting."
