Bhopal: Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh's statement on PM Narendra Modi's statement "I was able to return alive" after his security lapses have surfaced. Attacking Narendra Modi, he said the PM returned alive from Punjab but did not let more than 700 farmers return home alive. He further said that there is no difference between German dictator Adolf Hitler and Narendra Modi.

Digvijay Singh's statement comes after a tweet from the Congress party that more than 700 live farmers opposing the BJP government's 3 black laws could not return home. In another tweet, Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that earlier Hindus were in danger but now the Prime Minister himself is in danger. PM is not in danger only PM's chair is in danger.

Digvijay Singh had earlier also commented on Prime Minister Modi by Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu. He had said that just waiting for 15 minutes upset the Prime Minister. However, the farmers opposed the agricultural laws for a year. Moreover, Congress spokesperson Supriya Sreenet had also taken a dig at BJP leaders and the Prime Minister saying that they should stop defaming the pride of Punjab and Punjabis. She further said the BJP should stop politicising the prime minister's security. Once they do that, dirty politics will automatically stop.
