In January, Apple filed a $ 1 billion lawsuit against Qualcomm, the matter is still going on in court. According to the US International Trade Commission, Apple has been accused of violating the patent rights associated with mobile technology in some of its phones. 

Qualcomm is a big company in the field of mobile chip making, which works with Snapdragon in the field of technology. The Qualcomm Snapdragon chip is used on a mobile phone. Launched by Google recently, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip has been used in Google Pixel phone.

Qualcomm has given a new twist to this lawsuit filed by Apple. This will affect both the companies financially. In the coming days, both companies will give details of their earnings.

Apple's earnings increase this time compared to the previous quarter, as Apple recently launched its latest iPhone 8 in the market. iPhone X will soon be available for pre-booking in the coming days. 

Apple has responded to the news with a comment about the iPhone’s availability in China, following the report. 

“iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, as well as iPhone 6s, iPhone 6S Plus, and iPhone SE models, are all available for sale today in China. We appealed an administrative order from a regional patent tribunal in Beijing last month and as a result, the order has stayed pending review by the Beijing IP Court.”
