Patna: IAS officer Sudhir Kumar had to sit in the police station for four hours for an FIR and now RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has slammed the Bihar Chief Minister in the case. Recently, Lalu Yadav made a statement saying, "Nitish Kumar has made Bihar a circus.'' Yes, in fact, he has tweeted. In this tweet, he wrote, "Nitish Kumar's vicious treatment of the hardworking Additional Chief Secretary of the Scheduled Castes category and saving corrupt officials, including himself, highlights Nitish Kumar's real cover character and face."
Let me tell you that Lalu Prasad Yadav's taunt was about an IAS officer being made to sit in the police station for four hours. In fact, Sudhir Kumar had reached the SC-ST police station at Neckibagh in Patna last Saturday to lodge his complaint. His application was taken here but he had to sit for four hours and even after that an FIR could not be lodged. After taking the same application, the police officer left and went somewhere. In this case, Sudhir Kumar himself said, "I reached the police station at 12 o'clock on Saturday but it was 4 p.m. but the FIR was not lodged. On 5th March, I had gone to Shastrinagar police station to lodge an FIR and was sealed and given a reserving there also. Nothing happened in that case also. The police officer behind not filing the FIR says he does not understand English.''
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has also questioned the government in the matter. Tejashwi says, "A chief secretary-level officer arrives with full evidence to lodge an FIR against the chief minister and his officials but there is no FIR. The complaint was lodged and then it will be known what is the matter. What is fear? In this case, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar should come forward and tell everything.''
