In a statement, the registrar, who is hearing in court, said that former IBM salesman Jonathan Longley has filed a case against the company, asking the youth team to employ a million people. Alan Wilde, another employee, testified that in the past five years, the company has employed between 50,000 and one lakh people and all of them are aged.
For your information, the company has dismissed such allegations, saying that there is no age discrimination against employees at IBM. The company is 108 years old and joins 50 thousand people every year. The company also claimed that about $50 million is spent on training new employees.
