Analysis of the IBPS PO Prelims 2022 Exam: IBPS (Indian Banking Personnel Selection) held the IBPS PO Prelims exam in four shifts on yesterday, October 15. On October 16 and 22, the exam will also be given.

The three sections of the IBPS PO Prelims exam were reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and English language. IBPS PO Prelims Day 1 was rated as easy to moderately difficult in terms of difficulty. The exam consisted of 100 objective multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each, with a penalty of 1/4th or 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.

The quantitative aptitude section of the exam, according to some experts and candidates, was easy to moderately difficult, with most of the questions in all shifts focusing on data interpretation.

The reasoning section's difficulty level was easy, and most of the questions came from the puzzles and seating arrangement sections. While section 3 and section 2 also had questions about seating arrangements in addition to puzzles, shift 4 had more questions that were puzzle related.

When it came to the English section of shift 1, most of the questions were fill-in-the-blank, reading comprehension, and sentence rearrangement-based. This contributed to the section's relative simplicity. When compared to shift 3, which also included questions from the word swap and double fillers sections, shift 2's section had more reading comprehension, par jumble, and misspelling questions. Reading comprehension, paraphrase, and word swap questions were included in shift number four.

The IBPS PO exam's overall difficulty level was rated as easy to moderate across all shifts.
