Today at around 11 am, Ajay Chauhan, who is a customer of ICICI Bank Mahalaxminagar branch, has more than 6 accounts in this bank and he is the account holder of this bank for the last 15 years.

In his statement, he told that he had reached there to deposit about ₹ 70000 cash in his company's current account, in which the 10 rupee notes were worth 4000 in total and the rest were big denominations of 50, 100, 200 and 500. After arriving, the cashier kept him standing for half an hour. After leaving his desk, the cashier got up from his seat 2 times.

After some time Mayank, the branch manager of the bank came to the customer and told him that your cash will not be deposited. The customer asked what is the reason for this, then the branch manager replied that you have small notes i.e. Rs 10 and Rs 50, so we will not be able to deposit this money. On the refusal of the branch manager, the customer said that if any rules have been passed by the RBI, please show it to or give him clear information. On hearing this, the branch manager, instead of giving an explanation to the bank's customer, got into a dispute with him and broke out in a while and told the bank's guard by pointing to the customer that he should be pushed out of the branch.

After this, after seeing Guard trying to use force, the customers present there told the bank staff that he is not a thief or a dacoit who will be expelled from there, he is just asking for the answer to his question why money is not being deposited, You are unable to answer and are also misbehaving like this. Seeing the possibility of the use of force by the bank staff and Guard, the customer called dial100 and complaint the possibility of using the force by the bank staff in the police control room.

After getting the time, Sanjay Singh Bank's Zonal Head of ICICI Bank called Komal Parikh and gave information about this subject and incident. By the time the police arrived, the guard, accountant Satyam, branch manager Mayank and one other employee had profaned the customer and together they tried to push the customer. After this sequence of events, the customer said that you could follow this principle even one and a half hours ago because, in the amount of Rs 70000, only ₹ 4000 notes are small i.e. Rs 10, the rest of the notes are 50, 100, 200 and 500. But the branch manager kept talking nonsense to the police even in front of him and threatened the customer that I will get your account closed. Which is like violating the rights of a customer after violating the rules.

Customer Ajay Chauhan gave full information about this to Newstrack Live in his telephonic interview. He said about How the bank officials misbehaved with him on depositing cash of Rs 10 and Rs 50 and threatened to close the bank account.
