Imphal: On Monday, An IED explosion took place in Langthabal, Manipur, in which no casualties were reported. A powerful explosion occurred in front of the Indian Infra Project Limited office in Langthabal, Manipur, although no one was injured. The office gate has been moderately damaged by the explosion. This is the third blast in the city in 10 days.

On November 2, It is noteworthy that the first blast took place at Telipati in Imphal East district in which three Border Security Force personnel were injured. The injured jawans assistant sub-inspectors Lalkumar (54), K Mahindra and Santram (23) were admitted to the JNIMS. Due to the ongoing conversation between the Naga militants and the government, a large number of security forces and police personnel were deployed in various sensitive areas in view of the unrest in the state.

On 5 November, The second blast took place at Thangal Bazar in Imphal, Manipur's capital. Five people, including four policemen, were injured in the blast. Some policemen led by Additional Superintendent of Police were stationed in the busy market area of Thangalal, meanwhile, the explosion occurred. All the injured policemen were admitted to Raj Medicity Hospital. Many vehicles parked in the parking area were also badly damaged due to this explosion.
