There are many types of education related scams that happen in the country. Now the UGC has formed a committee to avoid continuous increasing of copying and thesis theft in Ph.D. This committee created by UGC has also made a clear rule law for this. On the other hand, any type of theft in the Core Area of Research has been kept in the Zero Tolerance category.

According to the news published in Dainik Bhaskar newspaper, if the candidate copied more than 10 percent of the content in Thesis, then the provisions of different penalties have been fixed for it.

~The Institute must have detection tools and software for any research that is copied.

~Prior to submitting a thesis, paper or report, the students will have to give a certificate of the truth of the thesis to the institution.

~Every thesis should be deposited only after using the software twice. Do not take any kind of negligence by the Institute while submitting.

~Every supervisor must also give the certificate to the institution of the truth of the research carried out under his guidance.

Theft charges will be charged: If the content is copied in the research then it will come directly into the theft category. Under this, the candidate may have to pay the penalty. Including research core area such as abstraction, summary, hypothesis observation, result, and convolution etc.
