Lucknow:  In the assembly elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) can give 15 seats to its ally Nishad Party and 18 to 20 seats to Apna Dal. The talk about this is almost settled. If sources are to be believed, it will be announced soon. Let us inform that on January 15, BJP had announced the names of candidates for 57 seats out of 58 in the first phase, while the candidates for 48 out of 55 seats in the second phase were declared.

After deliberating on the remaining seats, the party was told to announce the names of the candidates. There is a possibility that the candidates of Nishad Party or Apna Dal can be fielded in any of the remaining 7 seats in the first phase and 7 seats in the second phase. Let us tell you that last Wednesday, BJP veteran and Home Minister Amit Shah had a meeting with Sanjay Nishad of ally Nishad Party and Anupriya Patel of Apna Dal to finalize the formula for seat division in UP.

According to reports, Apna Dal chief Anupriya Patel was demanding between 30 and 35 seats, but the matter is expected to be resolved between 18-20 seats. At the same time, it is believed that 15 seats can be given to the Nishad Party.
