State Administrative Service officer Mamta Yadav was laughing in front of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officers after she was caught taking a bribe. Mamta Yadav used to say that when someone comes to the temple to offer prasad, how can he refuse. Actually, a complaint was made in the ACB that a person was trying to take the lease of his ancestral land in Siddharth Nagar of Jawahar Circle. In return, Deputy Commissioner Mamta Yadav was demanding Rs 6.50 lakh and Junior Engineer Shyam Rs 3 lakh.

The work was done in a very secretive manner and finally the officers reached the office of the Deputy Commissioner.
