material:
1. Five pieces of fish
2. Onion - 1
3. Tomato - 1
4. Ginger - One Piece
5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
6. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
7. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
8. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
9. Curd - Half Cup
10. Sugar - 1 tsp
11. Salt - Taste
12. Ghee
Method: Fry fish and keep it aside. Make ginger, onion and tomato paste. Add some oil and the paste to the remaining oil. Fry this paste well. Now add curd, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, sugar and salt and fry. Add half a cup of water and let it simmer in the gravy. Now put the fried fish in this gravy and let it boil. Serve with rice after adding ghee.
