Dosa is the most popular if we talk about south Indian dishes. It is available in almost every corner of the country. You may have eaten rice and Rava dosas, but today we will teach you how to make delicious dosas.

Materials:
Sprouted Moong 1/2 Cup
Dosa solution
Green chillies 2
Ginger 2 inch piece
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For roasting oil

Method: Add the sprouts in a bowl, 1/2 cup of water and salt and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Filter more water. Cut green chillies and ginger. Add the mixture in a bowl, add green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and sprouted moong and mix well. Heat a non-stick dosa griddle and add a little oil to it. Add a little batter and spread small dosas. On a slow flame, turn on and cook the same from both sides. Serve incandescent with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
