Materials for making mutton pulao-
350 grams of mutton or lamb
2 cups rice
4 Black cardamom
1 tsp black pepper seeds
4 whole red chillies
6 Cloves
1 piece of cinnamon (1 inch)
4 tsp ghee, big
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt, small
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, small
1 tsp all spices (in powder form), mashed
2 cups hot water (for rice)
1 Color that gives a pinch of food

Method of making mutton pulao - Heat ghee in a pan to make it. After that, add cardamom, black pepper, cloves and red chilli to it. Now that all these ingredients are dark in colour, add onions and fry. Then add all the spice ingredients along with meat, salt and red chilli powder to it. Now fry until the meat is brightly colored. Then add two cups of water to it. After this, after boiling it once, lightly leave the flame and when the meat becomes soft, remove the meat and keep it on the side. Now prepare three cups of liquid, that is, you have to add so much water to it, so that the mixture becomes a whole three cups. Now mix the liquid, meat and rice together. Boil it once. Lighten the flame and cover the pan. Now cook for about five minutes. After that, add the food color from the top and cover the pan for seven minutes and cook. Serve hot.
