Method of making - First clean and wash the rice to make it and soak it in water for 10 minutes. Now put the water in a pot to boil and add half a teaspoon of salt when the water boils. Now remove the water from the rice and put these rice in boiling water. Now let the rice cook and then strain it with a sieve. Now remove the water and separate it. Then take a large frying pan or pot and add ghee and heat it. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry a little. Now add onion, capsicum and carrot and cook for a while. Then add salt to taste and add kasuri methi with tomato and cook all these things on a low flame. Boil the cabbage and peas slightly between them and when the griddle vegetables melt slightly, add tomato ketchup and cabbage and peas. Now finally mix all the vegetables and add pavbhaji masala and add a little butter. Once again mix everything well and then add boiled rice. Finally add coriander leaves and garnish the rice and eat hot.
