Pickles are the best chutney or say side vegetable. Whenever there is no vegetable or good or small quantity, we resort to pickles. It is also eaten with dal. Today we will tell you how to make mango sweet pickles.

materials:
 
Mango - 1 kg
Cloves – 5-6
Cinnamon – 1gtu piece
Coriander – 3 tsp
Nutmeg – 1/2
Saffron – Threads 10-15
Kalonji - 50 g
Red chilli - 100g,
Large Cardamom – 5-6
Fennel - 100 g
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Black cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek - 1 tbsp
Saute - 1 tbsp
Sendha Salt - 100 g
Sugar – 1 1/2 kg

Method: Keep the oil hot in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry all the spices in a pan and grind when cooled. Now cut the mango and keep it dry in the sun so that its water dries up.

Now mix all the spices in chopped mangoes. And then mix sugar and saffron too well. Now fill this pickle in a glass or sugar barn. Place the cloth on the mouth of this barn for two weeks in the bright sun of the dam. Two weeks later the pickle will be edible. Now you can eat it with parathas or dal.
