Urad Dal Soup-

Content -
Urad dal - 1 cup
Chana Dal - 1 cup
Onion- 1
Tomato-1
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chilli- 1
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - to taste
Garam Masala Powder -1 tsp

Method of preparation - First soak urad dal and gram dal in a pot for 1 hour. Now add oil to the cooker and fry the onion and tomato in the pressure cooker. At the same time, add dal and salt to the cooker and cook it well. When the dal is well cooked, keep it to cool and grind the mixture well after cooling. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry ginger and garlic well. Now add the dal paste to the pan and then add green chillies, pepper to the mixture. Now add 2 to 3 glasses of water and cook the mashran well for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add garam masala and mix well. Now garnish with chili flakes from the top and serve it hot.
