Ingredients for making Moong Dal Cheela-
200 grams moong dal
4-5 pieces Paneer , cut into pieces
1 tsp paneer (crushed, chaat masala powdered)
1 tsp capsicum, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp onion, cut into pieces
1 tsp cashews salt to taste
Ghee: for frying

Method of making Moong Dal Cheela - To make this, keep the moong dal soaked overnight. Now add salt in the morning and grind it into a thin mixture. After this, heat the tawa, spread the mixture on it in a circular manner and put cashews and vegetables on top. Now after this, pour a little ghee on top and turn it over and let it cook lightly from the other side. After this you serve it with sweet and mint chutney.
