Ingredients for making Raw Mango Pulao-
Rice - 2 bowls
Raw Mango - 1 big size
Mustard - tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Whole red chili - 2
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

Method of making Raw Mango Pulao- To make Raw Mango Pulao, cook the rice in a pan and take out its core. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard-cumin seeds. After 1 minute, add red chili, peanuts, curry leaves, urad and gram dal and fry on low flame for two to three minutes. Now add grated raw mango, turmeric, salt and fry the mango well for 5 minutes on high flame. After this, add cooked rice to it and stir it. When the rice and tempering mixture mix well, then switch off the gas. Tomato, onion and cucumber raita can be served with this rice. Eat it hot to get the better taste of raw mango pulao rich in sourness. We are sure everyone will like it.
