Description of Posts:
As per the notification issued, a total of 13 posts will be filled up. It prescribes 7 seats for the post of Assistant Professor, 4 seats for the post of Professor. Educational Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the post of Professor must have a PhD degree. It is also necessary to have a very good academic record in first class or with an equivalent degree. In addition, candidates should have at least 10 years of experience. Candidates applying for the post of same Assistant Officer are required to pass the NET examination. Also, there should be a post graduation degree. It may be noted that only candidates who pass with 55% marks are eligible to apply for these posts.
scale of pay:
The candidates selected for the post of Professor will get a salary ranging from Rs.1,59,100 to Rs.2,20,200. Candidates selected for the post of Assistant Professor will get salaries ranging from 68,900 to 1,17,200.
