IIM Lucknow has wrapped up its final placements for the 38th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 19th batch of Post Graduate Program in Agribusiness Management, securing a total of 634 offers for its 576 students.

The highest international package offered reached an impressive Rs 1.23 crore per year, while the highest domestic salary package stood at Rs 65 lakh per annum. On average, students received an annual salary of approximately Rs 30 lakhs.

Over 250 companies from both India and abroad participated in the campus placement drive, reflecting the institute's continued attractiveness to organizations, even amidst challenging job market conditions and a tough economic landscape.

Prof. Priyanka Sharma, chairperson of Student Affairs and Placement at IIM Lucknow, expressed satisfaction, stating, "Despite the prevailing job market challenges, our institute remains a top choice for organizations."

A wide array of renowned companies participated in the recruitment drive, including ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, Jio Financial Services, Kearney, McKinsey, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Samagra, Shell, Visa, Target, and TAS.

Various sectors such as FMCG, consumer goods, telecom, and digital media witnessed active participation from firms like AB InBev, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, Dabur, Delhivery, Essar Group, and HUL.

In the BFSI sector, offering diverse roles in investment research, corporate, wholesale, retail banking, market research, trading, and operations, companies like Avendus Capital, ADM Capital, Arpwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICICI Securities, IIFL, JM Financial, Kaabil Finance, NIIF, and O3 Capital were among the participants.

The placements spanned across various roles including consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations, retail, and e-commerce, showcasing the versatility and skill diversity of the students.
