Islamabad: Pakistan, which promotes terrorism in India, has once again invoked Kashmir matter. Imran Khan has offered talks with India but has put a condition for it. Imran Khan said Pakistan is ready to resume talks with arch rival India if India provides a roadmap towards restoring the previous situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

On the other hand, India has not even considered it necessary to respond to Imran Khan's statement. The Central Government on August 5, 2019, removed Section 370, which gave special powers to Jammu and Kashmir, and divided Jammu and Kashmir into two parts. Under this, Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir were made Union Territories. However, the decision to make Jammu and Kashmir union territory is still temporary and there is an assembly.

Imran Khan said, "Even if India gives us a roadmap on what steps they are taking, we will be ready. India has basically taken steps against international law and UN resolutions. We always want a 'decent' and 'open' relationship with India. It is common sense that if you want to reduce poverty in the subcontinent, the best way is to do business with each other".
