Chittorgarh: A bus fell into a drain in Bodiyana village of the district after heavy rains last night. All the 35 passengers trapped in the bus have been rescued safely. The passengers on the bus were stranded for 5 hours. Some passengers saved their lives by hanging from the railway line. It has been raining heavily in the state for the past few days.

This is how the accident happened

According to sources, the ADM said that "all 35 people have been rescued." Our Civil Defence team did a good job. Police are also present on the spot. Ahead of the monsoon, Chittorgarh district received heavy rain on Tuesday night. The roads were flooded due to heavy rains. The anicut of the serious river in the district was spilled away.

In Rajasthan, rain continued for the fourth day on Wednesday. In Jaipur, dense clouds and drizzle continued since morning. In Baran, the rain has been going on late in the night at various places in the district including the city.  The maximum temperature in the national capital touched 33 degree Celsius, four notches above the national capital. On the other hand, the pre-monsoon rains have brought happiness to the farmers.
