Mumbai: Havoc of covid-19 in the country again. According to the latest report of the Health Department, in the last 24 hours, 23,285 thousand new covid-19 cases have come and 117 people have died. However, 15,157 people have also recovered from covid. Earlier, on Wednesday, 22,854 covid-19 cases were registered. Of the total patients who came on Thursday, 70 percent of the patients were seen in Maharashtra alone. 123 people died of corona on the previous day, while 17 thousand patients returned home after recovering.

In Maharashtra, the situation is getting worse due to covid. In the last 24 hours, 13,659 new cases have been seen here. This number is more than the new cases found in Russia, Britain, Spain, and Germany among the top-10 countries affected by covid. According to https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/, 12,246 patients were found in Germany on March 10, 9,079 in Russia, 5,926 in Britain, and 6,672 in Spain. In this context, all these countries are behind Maharashtra. Corona variant found in Britain is more deadly, experts say that - this danger should be taken seriously, as it has been learned that now the total cases of covid-19 in the country have increased to one crore 13 lakh 8 thousand 846. A total of one lakh 58 thousand 306 people have died. One crore 9 lakh 53 thousand 303 people have been cured by beating corona. The number of active cases in the country has now increased to 1 lakh 97 thousand 237, which means that so many people are still corona infected.

How many people have been vaccinated so far: According to the information received, as of 1 pm on March 11, 2.57 crore people have been vaccinated. It has gained momentum with the help of private hospitals. 71% vaccination has been done in government health centers and 28.77% in private.
