Ingredients for making Potato Bade-

Potatoes 3 medium
Rye 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
green chili 2
ginger 1/2 inch piece
Curry leaves 3-4
Green coriander 1/3 finely chopped
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
Besan 1/2 cup
water 1/3 cup
soda 1 pinch
2 tbsp oil for frying
salt to taste

Method of making Potato Bade- To make Aloo Bade, first of all, collect all the ingredients for making Bade. Now grind green chilies and ginger in it and now peel the boiled potatoes and mash them in a big bowl. After this, put 2 teaspoons of oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger and chili paste as soon as the mustard seeds crackle. Now cook for a minute while stirring with a spoon, then add turmeric powder to it. After this, turn off the gas and pour tempering on the mashed potatoes, and also add green coriander and mango powder. Taste it once and add salt according to your taste. Now your stuffing is ready, make 8 to 10 equal size balls out of it.

Now to make gram flour batter, take a bowl with a big mouth, in which you mix gram flour, baking soda and salt. Now, little by little, add about 1/3 cup of water while moving with a spoon and prepare a smooth batter. If the batter becomes too thin, then add some more gram flour to it, and prepare the batter by making it well. Now put a pan and let the oil heat on medium flame. As the oil becomes hot, wrap the rounds in gram flour and put them comfortably in the oil, put only 4-5 balls at a time and fry them till they become golden. Now after this take out all the fried Badas on a napkin paper, and make the rest of the Badas in the same way. Finally serve all with chutney or ketchup.
