In such a situation, on the occasion of World Environment Day, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had urged the officers not to use plastic bottles in the office. Now the impact of this appeal is visible.

According to media reports, the initiative has been launched in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. Under this, there will no longer be any supply of water from plastic bottles in the collector's office or the collectorate office. All the persons working here will have to bring their own water bottle from home. The initiative has been launched by the District Magistrate's Office of Sagar district. According to the office, all the officers have been appealed to bring their own water bottles. Keeping in view the environment, this initiative is being launched.

At the same time, water bottles cannot be used in the office, it will be monitored. The Additional Collector of Sagar will monitor that plastic bottles are not used in office meetings. It will also be ensured that all officers and staff bring their own water bottles. The initiative will first start from the District Magistrate's office. Thereafter, it will be implemented in all government offices in the district. On World Environment Day, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had given instructions to save water, plant trees, save electricity, reduce carbon emissions.
