Moong Dal (Dhuli) โ 1 1/2 cup
Lost โ 2 1/2
Green cardamom โ 2 Table spoon
Milk โ 2 1/2 cup
Sugar โ 1 cup
Desi Ghee โ 1 cup
Wheat flour โ 2 Table spoon
Mewa โ 1/2 cup
Method: First soak moong dal in water for 3 to 4 hours. Then grind with a little water. Now put it in a cloth in a dam place so that all the water is drained out of it.
Now add ghee to a pan and add 2 tsp flour and fry till light brown. When the dough turns brown, add the ground dal and spoon it till golden brown for 15-20 minutes. Now break the khoya by hand and fry again for 10-15 minutes, then add sugar, boiled milk and nuts and add powdered ghee and add pc green cardamom and serve delicious halwa to everyone.
