Ingredients for making moong bhajiyas-
150 g moong dal (soaked)
- 7-8 garlic
- 3-4 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 pyaz (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Oil (to fry)
Method of making moong bhajiya - First of all, you should soak the moong in water and leave it. Now when the moong is well swollen, take it out of the water. After this, put the soaked moong dal in the mixie, add garlic and green chilli to it and grind well. Now when all the ingredients are well grinded, add turmeric, onion, salt and coriander leaves to the moong dal paste and mix well with your hands. After this, when all the things are well mixed, heat a pan on the other side by putting oil on the gas. Now when the oil is hot, make a rounded moong dal pakora in it and deep fry it. After this, if your pakoda is ready, then you take it out in a plate and serve hot with tea.
