Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping are to resume their one-on-one interaction on Saturday with walks by the lake-side and boat ride as DD news reported.

With an exceptional gesture, Chinese President took PM Modi to an exhibition at the Hubei Provincial Museum on Friday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the centuries old relationship between India and China during delegation-level talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Wuhan.

PM Modi told Chinese President that the two countries have a huge prospect to work together for the advantage of their people and the world.

The Prime Minister said India and China need to assist for maintaining peace, stability, and prosperity in the world.

PM Modi said India and China have the responsibility to work for 40 percent of the world population. He also offered China to hold the next informal summit in India in 2019. The Prime Minister recalled that during the 2000 years of history, India and China together provided momentum and strength to the world economy and dominated it for around 1600 years.

President Xi Jinping said the two countries have established a closer ties and made positive progress in recent years. He said in the past five years, they have achieved a lot and met each other on many occasions. President Xi Jinping said he believes in future and the two leaders could meet in a format like this from time to time.
