Chandigarh: The Faridabad Police of Haryana has arrested the accused of making the picture and video of a girl viral on social media. The team of Mahila Police Station Central of the district has succeeded in nabbing the accused after the complaint of the victim. Police spokesperson Sube Singh has told that the accused Mohammad Tayyab is a resident of Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh.

The victim was identified with Tayyab about 3 years ago through Facebook. After that both used to talk to each other. The accused had asked the girl for her private photos and videos during the conversation. Meanwhile, one day when the girl told that her relationship is now fixed and she should not talk to him now, the accused said, 'If you stop talking then I will make your photos and videos viral on WhatsApp and Facebook. . Also, I will kill your family members. Where you will get married, I will get the marriage broken from there. After this the accused sent the obscene pictures and videos on the phone of the girl's brother.

After this case, the victim girl gave a written complaint to the Mahila Police Station Central. On which the women police registered a case and started searching for the accused. On the basis of information received from secret sources, the team of Inspector Jeeta, in-charge of the women's station, arrested the accused from Meerut in UP. Along with this, the mobile phone in which obscene photos and videos of the victim are saved has also been confiscated.
