Chennai: A 44-year-old man has been arrested by the Chennai Police for sending obscene pictures and videos on a school WhatsApp group. According to the police, a complaint was lodged by the headmaster of the school in Avadi that obscene pictures were being sent to the group by the contact number of a class 6 student who was included in the school WhatsApp group. Acting on the complaint, the police arrested the father of the student.
Investigation revealed that the videos and pictures were sent by the father of the class 6 student. The police shared this news in a press release. The release also said that the man has been arrested by the police and remanded in custody. On the other hand, a shocking incident happened in Chennai last month.
Two sisters were arrested by the police in Chennai after they allowed a shopkeeper to video record the incident of raping their minor daughters and as payment for goods bought by the sisters from the shop. The shopkeeper raped three friends of the minor daughters of both the sisters and made a video of them. The police has also arrested the shopkeeper.
