Everyone is excited about Independence Day. In most offices, schools, and colleges, preparations for the celebration-e-independence are also at its final peak. August 15 is also an important part of our childhood memories, and when we arrived at school in different Freedom Fighters' dress or prepared a speech for August 15, we had a lot of trouble.

If you're a schoolteacher, the August 15 speech is very important to you. Elsewhere, there is a tradition of giving a speech on August 15, and people often hesitate to speak on the mike. Believe it, though, you'll hardly find a better chance of putting your ideas in front of everyone again on the workplace.

Tips...

-You may have a lot to speak. But still, write down your speech once and then do the same. So try to make it smaller.

- Most people try to mesmerize their speech and become nervous when you forget what you've said on the stage. On the other hand, make sure that your objective is to reach people, not just formality.

- If you want people to be interested in your words, mention idioms and small stories. You can also include good poetry or poems.
