Let's know about the simple recipe of Tricolor Macaroons-

Ingredients-
Sugar Powder - 1 cup

Almond flour - 1 cup

Cream Cheese - 100 grams

White Food Color - A Pinch

Green food color - a pinch

Orange Food Color - A pinch

Egg-1

Butter - 2 tbsp

Vanilla extract - 2 tsp

Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon

Method-
Phase 1

First of all, mix almond flour and sugar powder well in a vessel.

After this, put egg and cream in it and prepare the mixture well and separate it into 3 parts.

Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thin, keep it slightly thick.

Now divide the batter divided into three parts, mix in green, white and orange food color and make macaroons by placing it on the cookies sheet.

Now preheat the oven to 300 degrees and leave the cookies to bake for 15-20 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take out the macaroons from the oven and after cooling down for some time, cut it evenly in between.

Meanwhile, add sugar powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract and cardamom powder to a vessel and prepare a good batter.

Now put this batter in the center of the macarons with the help of a spoon and serve it on a serving plate.
