The four-nation alliance also introduced its official website, aimed at fostering cooperation among member countries and forging global partnerships. The announcement was made during the I2U2 Sherpas meeting held in New York on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The launch event saw the participation of prominent figures representing the respective nations, including Dammu Ravi, Secretary (Economic Relations) at India's Ministry of External Affairs; Ronen Levi, Director-General of Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the UAE; and Jose W. As per an official press release, the I2U2 Private Enterprise Partnership was formally established through an agreement between the US Department of State and several key entities, including the US-UAE Business Council, the UAE-Israel Business Council, and the UAE-India Business Council.

The primary objectives of this public-private partnership are to increase awareness of the I2U2 Initiative, particularly within the business communities, and to actively support projects that align with the initiative's overarching goals. The memorandum of understanding underscores the focus on seven key sectors: water, energy, transportation, technology, space, health, and food security.

In line with its mission, the partnership seeks to mobilize the private sectors of the I2U2 countries, enabling them to identify, explore, and participate in specific projects that further the objectives set forth by the initiative.

A press release issued by the US Department of State emphasized the partnership's role in enhancing awareness of the I2U2 initiative and supporting projects that advance its goals within the business community.
