Stir (something that mixes sugar etc.)

It has been reported that the use of single-use plastic will be dealt with under Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act (EPA). Apart from this, the state governments will now keep a close watch on whether single-use plastic (SUP) is being illegally manufactured, imported, deposited, sold or used anywhere.
