India beat Australia by 6 wickets, Dhoni, Kohli Star as India Level Series

India defeated Australia by six wickets in the second match of the three-match ODI series between India and Australia today. A century by skipper Virat Kohli, and magnificant inning of  unbeaten 55 by wicket-keeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni helped India to chase the target of 299 runs.

Rohit Sharma (43) and Shikhar Dhawan (32) failed to convert their innings into big scores by India, but Captain Kohli, smashed 104 runs off 112 balls, in which he has hit 5 fours and two sixes. the former skipper Dhoni played a brilliant inning which helped in achiving target. India have achieved the target off the second delivery as Dhoni remains unbeaten on 55, with India emerging victorious by 6 wickets. With this victory, India have drawn level in the three-match series.

Earlier, Glenn Maxwell played an impressive inning of 48 runs in 37 balls. Maxwell scored 5 boundaries and a six. At one stage, Australia lost the first two wickets on 26 runs, after which Shaun Marsh took over the Australian innings and scored a magnificent century. the final clash all set to be battled out in Melbourne
