Canada and India are countries committed to pursuing and upholding democracy. We are the two largest democracies in the world, one by size and one by population said Canadian PM Justin Trudeau in Delhi.

Today Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited Jama Masjid with his wife & children, Canadian Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan also was present.

 During his visit to Jama Masjid When a journalist of news agency ANI raised the question to PM Trudeau in the national capital the Canadian PM rebuffed to even acknowledge the question and nonstop posing for shutterbugs.

The official twitter handle of ANI reported,” Jaspal Atwal, a convicted Khalistani terrorist who was active in the banned Int'l Sikh Youth Federation, photographed w/Canadian PM's wife Sophie Trudeau at an event in Mumbai on 20 Feb. He was also invited for formal dinner with Canadian PM, invite being rescinded now (CBC News)” ANI wrote.
