New corona case falls below 2 lakh for the first time in 40 days, 3511 killed

New Delhi: The second wave of corona virus in India seems to be receding now. Within the last 24 hours, less than 2 lakh new cases of corona virus have been registered in the country. It is a matter of relief that the death toll figures have also registered a major decline during this period. However, the death toll in a day is still crossed 3,000.

Tell us that for the last 40 days, more than 2 lakh new corona cases have been registered in India per day. On the other hand, at the time of corona peak, new cases in the country had crossed 4 lakh. 1 lakh 95 thousand 485 new cases of corona virus have been registered in the country within the last 24 hours. According to covid19india.org data, 3,496 people have died due to corona in the last 24 hours.  More than 2 lakh new cases of corona virus were registered in India for the first time on April 14 this year.

On April 13, 1 lakh 85 thousand 295 new cases were reported.  At present, there are 25 lakh 81 thousand 741 active cases of corona in the country. In the last 24 hours, 3 lakh 26 thousand 671 people have recovered from the epidemic from Corona. With this, the total number of corona infected people in the country has now crossed 269 lakh 47 thousand, while 3 lakh 7 thousand 249 people have died due to corona so far. 2 crore 40 lakh 47 thousand 760 corona patients have been recovered so far.
