New Delhi: Coronavirus infection cases in India continue to increase. There have been 62,064 new cases of corona in the last 24 hours in the country. After this, on Monday, the total number of corona infects in the country has crossed the figure of 2.2 million. At the same time, after the death of 1007 more people due to coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, the number of people who died due to the virus has increased to 44,386.

So far, 15,35,743 people have recovered from the infection, according to data from the Union Health Ministry. A record 54,859 people have recovered in the last 24 hours. The recovery rate of patients in the country is 69.33 percent. At the same time the death rate has come down to almost two percent. According to data from the ministry, corona treatment of 6,34,945 patients continues in the country. There are a total of 22,15,074 cases of corona, including 44,386 people who died of infection.

More than 60,000 new cases of corona virus have been registered for the fourth consecutive day in the country. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 2,45,83,558 samples have been tested in the country so far, of which 4,77,023 samples were tested on Sunday.
