Corona's pace slows down in India, 9309 new cases found in last 24 hours

New Delhi: Daily new cases of coronavirus infection in India fell below 10,000 for the third time this month and the number of deaths per day was below 100 for the seventh time in February. Giving information about this, the Union Health Ministry said that after the arrival of 9,309 new cases of coronavirus infection in the country, the total number of infected people in the country has increased to 1,08,80,603.

According to data released by the ministry at eight o'clock on Friday morning, the total number of dead has increased to 1,55,447 after the death of 78 more people due to the disease in the last 24 hours. Of the infected people in the country, 1,05,89,230 people have recovered so far. With this, the national rate of recovery of infected people has been 97.32 percent. The mortality rate of corona virus patients is 1.43 percent.

The number of under-served people in the country was less than 1.5 lakh. Right now 1,35,926 people are undergoing treatment for corona virus infection, which is 1.25 percent of the total cases. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 20,47,89,784 samples covid-19 have been tested till 11 February. Of these, 7,65,944 samples were tested on Thursday.
